By creating an account or using SmartFusionLife ("the Service"), operated by SmartFusionLife at smartfusionlife.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SmartFusionLife is a software-as-a-service platform that connects to your Google Business Profile, retrieves customer reviews, generates AI-drafted reply suggestions using Anthropic's Claude, and — upon your explicit approval — posts those replies to Google on your behalf.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of the Google Business Profile you connect. The Service is for business use only.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@smartfusionlife.com if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
By connecting your Google account, you authorise SmartFusionLife to read your reviews and post replies via the Google Business Profile API. You may revoke this access at any time from your Settings page or from your Google account permissions at myaccount.google.com/permissions. You remain responsible for all replies posted to Google — review every AI draft before approving.
Reply drafts are generated by AI and are suggestions only. You must review and approve every reply before it is posted. SmartFusionLife does not guarantee the accuracy, tone, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for the content posted to your Google Business Profile.
You agree not to:
Free trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full feature access. No credit card is required to start a trial.
Paid plans: After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription (Starter $19/mo, Growth $49/mo, Agency $99/mo). Payments are processed by Razorpay.
Billing cycle: Subscriptions renew automatically on the same day each month (or year for annual plans). You can cancel at any time from the Settings page — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. Email billing@smartfusionlife.com within 30 days of your first charge to request a refund.
The SmartFusionLife platform, design, and code are owned by SmartFusionLife. Your business data (reviews, replies) belongs to you. You grant us a limited licence to process that data to provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated replies will meet your expectations or comply with any specific platform policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartFusionLife's liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify SmartFusionLife against claims arising from your use of the Service, content you post to Google, or your violation of these Terms.
Either party may terminate the account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
