SmartFusionLife ("we", "us", or "our") operates smartfusionlife.com and the SmartFusionLife Review AI service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our service.
Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and (if using email/password auth) a securely hashed password. We never store your Google password.
Google account data: When you connect your Google Business Profile, we receive and store OAuth access and refresh tokens to call the Google Business Profile API on your behalf. We access only the scopes you explicitly grant: your email address, basic profile, and Google Business Profile management.
Review data: We retrieve reviews from your Google Business Profile locations and store them in our database to display in your dashboard and generate AI replies.
Payment data: Payments are processed by Razorpay. We store your subscription plan and status, but never your card number or full payment details — those remain with Razorpay.
Usage data: We collect logs of actions taken in the app (reviews fetched, replies posted) for debugging and service improvement. We do not use third-party analytics trackers.
Review text and business context are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate reply drafts. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their privacy policy. We do not use your review data to train AI models.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following service providers who process it on our behalf:
We retain your account data and review history for as long as your account is active, plus 30 days after deletion to allow for recovery. OAuth tokens are deleted immediately on account deletion or when you disconnect Google from Settings. Backups may persist for up to 90 days.

We use a single first-party, httpOnly cookie (sfl_token) for authentication. It is not accessible by JavaScript and is not used for advertising or tracking. No third-party cookies are set.
We use HTTPS for all data in transit, encrypt passwords using bcrypt, and store OAuth tokens in an access-controlled database. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay — we never process raw card data on our servers.
SmartFusionLife is a business tool and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
